Tottenham rule out Lo Celso loan move

Barcelona have approached Lo Celso’s entourage over a possible loan move to Catalonia in this final week of the month.

However, according to SPORT, Tottenham Hotspur have ruled out the move. They do not want to loan out the Argentine playmaker to Camp Nou this summer.
