Naomi Osaka makes important revelation ahead of post-pregnancy comeback

Naomi Osaka has revealed that she plans to play more tournaments than she used to play in the last few years. Osaka, 25, is set to make her post-pregnancy comeback at the start of the 2024 season in Australia. On Wednesday, Osaka made a guest appearance at the US Open and there she opened up about her comeback plans.

Osaka appeared in four tournaments in 2020 – nine tournaments in 2021 – and 11 last year. “It’s definitely way more tournaments than I used to play. So I think some people will be happy with that. I think it’s because I realized that I don’t know how the beginning of the year is going to go for me.
