Ryan Papenhuyzen is back. The star fullback made his return to the field last week, but over the weekend he produced a performance to suggest he’s just about ready to play NRL again.

Speaking of returns, Roosters playmaker Sam Walker played his first game since April after overcoming a partial ACL tear. Walker didn’t need any time to blow off the cobwebs with the 21-year-old playing a big role in North Sydney’s win — one that sealed the minor premiership.

Meanwhile, Adam Clune showed he is more than capable of filling on for injured No.7 Jackson Hastings if needed and the Knights have successfully turned a centre into a game-breaking second-rower.
