The Titans can confirm Niall Williams-Guthrie will return to the Gold Coast in 2024 after her stellar first season of rugby league, having made the switch from Rugby 7s.
Playing every game to help her new club to this year’s NRLW grand final, the 35-year-old became a multi-code International at the weekend with her debut for Samoa, captaining the side to a 26-12 win over Fiji.
Originally signed on a two-year deal with Karyn Murphy agreeing to monitor her progress after coming across to the 13-player game, the Titans coach had no hesitation in ensuring the outside back stays on the Coast.
“It’s hard to believe this was Niall’s debut season playing rugby league,” Murphy said.
“As expected, she has been an ultimate professional on and off the field which has made her such an integral member of our squad and great senior figure in our leadership group.
