Daicos legacy continues at Collingwood

The Collingwood Football Club is excited to announce the Daicos legacy will continue with brothers Josh and Nick each committing to the Club for at least six more years.

Josh and Nick are the sons of Club great and 1990 Premiership player Peter Daicos who played 250 games (kicking 549 goals) for Collingwood in a career that spanned from 1979 – 1993.

Josh Daicos will continue his career at the Club that drafted him as an 18-year-old Father Son selection with pick number 57 in the 2016 AFL National Draft.

He debuted for the Club in Round 22, 2017 against the Geelong Cats before experiencing a breakout year in 2020 when he was named in the 22under22 team and received the Goal of the Year Award.

The 24-year-old has continued to elevate his game and was recognised last year when he made the All-Australian squad of 40. 

Josh has played 96 AFL games (kicking 55 goals)…
