Seven new companies have been chosen for the mid-year intake of the AO StartUps program. These companies will have the opportunity to pilot their cutting-edge technologies during the 2024 Summer of Tennis. The AO StartUps program received numerous applications from companies around the world and went through an extensive evaluation process to select the participants.
The selected companies will drive innovation in various sports and entertainment areas, including player performance, event operations, and the fan experience both in-stadium and on broadcast. The diversity and quality of the startups and founders that applied for the program were highly impressive, according to Tennis Australia Head of Innovation Dr Machar Reid.
