But for Western United, the off-field personality differences between midfield maestro Alessandro Diamanti and the league’s greatest ever striker in Besart Berisha mean little.
Because once they take to the field, the two veterans share an incredible thirst for victory and a spectacular synergy, something that has quickly made the charismatic pair among the most enjoyable viewing in Australian sport.
