Jai Arrow ruled out, Queensland Maroons, replacement, Nathan Cleary, New South Wales Blues, Cam Murray, Nicho Hynes, Mitchell Moses, Adam Reynolds

Queensland duo Tom Gilbert and Jai Arrow have been ruled out for the remainder of the State of Origin series.

Dolphins prop Gilbert is likely set to miss the rest of the NRL season after dislocating his shoulder in the Origin series opener, while Arrow had surgery on Monday for a syndesmosis injury that will rule him out for up to two months.

They join New South Wales duo Nathan Cleary and Cameron Murray in the Origin casualty ward.

Panthers halfback Cleary is almost certainly out of the rest of the series after suffering a grade two hamstring tear that will have him sidelined for up to six weeks.

Arrow’s Rabbitohs teammate Murray (groin) sustained a low grade groin strain against the Titans on Saturday and is racing the clock to play Game 2.
