Greater Western Sydney will give veteran Phil Davis all the time he needs to decide his future after his second traumatic hamstring injury in less than four months.
Davis was left “screaming in anguish” when he went down in the match against Port Adelaide last weekend.
Play was stopped as medical staff then assisted the 31-year-old from the field.

On Monday, scans confirmed the worst for Davis – that his season was over after rupturing his hamstring.
GWS coach Mark McVeigh said it was “heartbreaking” to see Davis limp off after he missed 13 weeks with a “significant” hamstring injury to his other leg earlier this year.
