Aussie disqualified from Korn Ferry Tour Finals event after missing tee time

Former US Amateur champ, 27-year-old Australian Curtis Luck, was disqualified for missing his first-round tee time at a Korn Ferry Tour Finals event on Thursday. It could wind up costing the Perth native his PGA Tour card.

Luck was in the field at this week’s Albertsons Boise Open. And apparently he was at the golf course Thursday morning, but didn’t get to the first tee at Hillcrest Country Club for a 7:45 a.m. tee time.

Luck, who entered the week No. 59 on the Korn Ferry Tour points list, was replaced in the field by James Nicholas.
