Forward Willie Rioli has paid tribute to three West Coast staffers that “kept my dream alive of playing AFL football again” ahead of his return to football this weekend.
And that return could be at AFL level, with the Eagles strongly considering naming Rioli, barring any training setbacks, for their upcoming clash against the Brisbane Lions.
Rioli on Tuesday spoke publicly for the first time, via the Eagles’ media team, since returning to the club in June.
