Old Trafford weather forecast for fourth Ashes Test in Manchester as England face Australia

Australia only needs a draw against England to retain the Ashes, and the weather forecast in Manchester could mean there is a chance of that very result.

Day 5 – Sunday, July 23

There is a yellow warning for Greater Manchester indicating that rain, heavy at times, is likely to cause some disruption, particularly to outdoor events.

From 8am to 4pm, there is a 90 per cent chance of rain forecast, meaning that play could be hindered for a lot of the day.

At 4pm, the chance of rain lowers to 80 per cent and at 5pm to 50 per cent, before it rises again to 80 per cent at 6pm.
