Nick Kyrgios wished Pablo Carreno Busta a quick recovery and suggested he would love to see people reacting to his own injury problems in a similar empathetic manner. Since February, Carreno Busta has been sidelined due to an elbow injury.
This week, defending champion Carreno Busta pulled out of the Toronto Masters and he will be exiting the top-100 in less than two weeks. In recent times, there have been a lot of messages of support and encouragement coming Carreno Busta’s way.
Meanwhile, Kyrgios has played just one tournament so far in 2023 after undergoing knee surgery earlier this year and now dealing with a wrist ligament injury.“Hope he gets well soon. Wish I got similar understanding when missing tournaments with injury,” Kyrgios tweeted.
