Jordan de Goey’s hopes of playing in next week’s King’s Birthday blockbuster have taken a hit with the Collingwood star to sweat on the Match Review.
De Goey looks set to be in hot water for a brutal first quarter bump on Eagle Elijah Hewett which left the rookie sprawled on the Optus Stadium turf.
While Hewett was able to run off the ground after medical staff came to his aid, De Goey will have a nervous wait ahead of him.
