Nick Kyrgios has rejected talk of a feud with Alex de Minaur and explained why his belief he can win any slam sparked his exit call from the Australian Open.
De Minaur had said he hadn’t spoken to Kyrgios ahead of the tournament but speaking with the Nine papers, the Canberran hosed down any suggestion of an issue.
Kyrgios even revealed his fellow top-30 star had sought him out to give his well-wishes after his withdrawal.
