Souths Juniors have reportedly launched an investigation after a violent brawl broke out in the closing stages of a grand final at Redfern Oval over the weekend.
Multiple players from both Alexanderia Rovers and Redfern All Blacks were involved in the melee, which began after a tackle labelled a “dog shot” by commentators.
One player can be seen entering the tackle with a swinging arm before punches are thrown and the final siren sounds.

The winning team, Alexanderia, then celebrated their victory and Souths Juniors chief executive Luke Curry confirmed to The Daily Telegraph bans would be haded down.
