Brisbane has been given a major boost heading into the NRL season, with electric playmaker Ezra Mam re-signing with the club until the end of 2029.
The five-eighth had been one of the most in-demand players throughout the off-season, with his stellar hat-trick performance in last year’s agonising grand final loss to Penrith announcing him as one of the competition’s brightest young stars.
Mam had been linked with a potential move to the Dolphins, but has opted to knock back the advancements of the NRL’s newest club and commit to the Broncos long-term, inking a five-year extension announced on Tuesday morning by the club.
