LIV Golf star Bubba Watson has revealed the Saudi-backed tour wants to host as many as three events in Australia as it looks to continue expanding its global reach.

There is already a strong Australian flavour permeating through LIV as it is with CEO Greg Norman overseeing the operation and Cameron Smith, Marc Leishman, Matt Jones and Jed Morgan representing Ripper GC.

LIV is also headed down under in less than a fortnight to put on the richest golf tournament seen on these shores, as the stars from the rebel tour descend on The Grange Golf Club in Adelaide.

But if Watson and a host of other members on the LIV scene get their way, Adelaide might not be the only city in Australia hosting the big-money tournaments.
