A legal email sent by lawyers for Brisbane Lions coach Chris Fagan last week reportedly helped the AFL’s independent investigation come to a close.
Chief football reporter at the Herald Sun and AFL 360 co-host Mark Robinson revealed the email on Thursday night, with its contents informing the four First Nations families at the centre of the saga Fagan was preparing to launch a Supreme Court injunction against the AFL and the investigation panel.
The email informed the families such an injunction would see them become defendants and identified by name.
