Hawthorn Hawks investigation, families to go to Human Rights Commission, become public, latest news

While the Hawthorn racism investigation was concluded on Tuesday night, the four Indigenous families involved are set to pursue hearings at the Australian Human Rights Commission.

The Herald Sun reports the four families are certain to join two other First Nations families at the Human Rights Commission, with proceedings expected to kick off next week.

Although Hawthorn could yet face further punishment from the AFL, no adverse findings were made against ex-club officials Alastair Clarkson, Chris Fagan and Jason Burt.
