Ange Postecoglou will be hoping that his side’s late equaliser against Manchester City over the weekend will be enough to help them push past West Ham in tonight’s clash at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
However, they could be without a few key stars including Pape Matar Sarr, who the Spurs boss believes could miss out due to the midweek clash coming too soon in his recovery programme. James Maddison, Manor Solomon and Micky Van de Ven are the other notable omissions given their long-term injuries.
He will be able to welcome back Cristian Romero, though, who is making his first appearance for the club since being shown a straight red card against Chelsea in their 4-1 defeat back in November which saw him suspended for three matches. The Argentina international has made a notable change that one of his teammates hailed him for ahead of the clash with the Hammers.
