Only earlier today, Fabrizio Romano reported that Barcelona had opened talks to renew the contract of midfield prodigy Fermin Lopez.
Now, building on that, Gerard Romero’s Jijantes FC is stating that the 20-year-old La Masia ace is set to sign a new long-term contract with the Blaugrana tomorrow itself.
Lopez’s current contract with Barcelona expires in 2024 and the plan is for the youngster to extend it by four more years, committing his future to the club until 2028.
