The New Orleans Pelicans seem unlikely to make any run deep into post-season after an NBA insider revealed superstar forward Zion Williamson is “not even close” to making a return.
The All-Star forward has been sidelined since early January with a hamstring injury that was already expected to see him sit out the team’s play-in game against Oklahoma City.

But there was at least some hope that Williamson may be able to return should the Pelicans win their way through to the playoffs, with the top seed Denver Nuggets waiting.
