The LA Lakers have completed a stunning comeback from 27 points down in the second quarter to defeat the Dallas Mavericks 111-108 on the road and continue their push towards the playoffs.
It marked LA’s biggest comeback since 2002 and the biggest in the NBA this season. According to ABC, teams were 0-138 when trailing by 27 plus prior to the contest.
Trailing by 14 at half-time, Darvin Ham’s team turned the tables on Dallas in the second half including going on a 23-9 run to close the third quarter and make it a three-point game.
