Minnesota Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards has reportedly been charged with two counts of third-degree assault after allegedly hitting two women with a chair following his team’s series-clinching defeat to the Denver Nuggets.
Edwards missed a game-tying three and immediately ran down the tunnel after the 112-109 defeat to the Nuggets, who sealed the series 4-1.

But as he stormed off court, Anthony Edwards allegedly picked up a folding chair and swung it into a security guard – hitting her in the back – before throwing the chair away, where it hit a second worker.
The report comes from Denver Sports, which wrote that police stated that both women were injured, but fortunately not seriously.
