Round 17 early mail, ins and outs, teams, which Origin stars will back up, which won’t, Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow injury, Zac Lomax, Ryan Papenhuyzen foot injury

Todd Payten has opted to rest all six of his Origin stars for this weekend’s clash with the Penrith Panthers, while Kevin Walters will also be without his representative players.

Meanwhile, the Dolphins will be without star fullback Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow after he picked up a shoulder injury… however he’s been given some good news ahead of Origin III.

Elsewhere, the Dragons’ Origin trio are expected to back up — that is despite Zac Lomax playing through an injury on Wednesday night.

The Storm have lost two of their biggest stars and the Knights have been forced to rule out a key player due to hamstring tightness.
