Betts was the headline act at Branxholme Recreation Reserve as The Carlton Draft series, which sees eight AFL legends drafted to play games for local footy clubs around Victoria, continued.

In a town 320kms west of Melbourne – 20 minutes south of Hamilton – that only has a population of 350-odd, a massive 4,000 fans flocked to watch Betts’ magic.
