Rugby Australia Chairman Hamish McLennan has confirmed with foxsports.com.au that the opening Test will be moved away from the Sydney Cricket Ground.
“We are looking at backup plans; probably Brisbane or Newcastle,” McLennan said.
RA is already engaged in meetings to work out a solution for the Test, which was shaping to be a sellout.
