Blues coach Brad Fittler sent Tino Fa’asuamaleaui a timely warning after the Titans and Maroons forward was placed on report for contact on Tigers skipper Api Koroisau.
The Gold Coast skipper escaped suspension for raising his forearm on Reed Mahoney last month and was then cleared of any charge after Thursday night’s incident.
Koroisau suffered a broken jaw trying to make a tackle on Fa’asuamaleaui, who defended his ball-carrying technique in the post-game press conference.
