Sydney Roosters Chairman Nick Politis has issued a stern ‘hands off’ amid talk of the Broncos coming back for the star halfback who walked out of the Brisbane club two years ago.
Walker, 19, recently signed a two-year extension with Sydney, and while Brisbane head coach Kevin Walters admitted he’d “love all Queensland kids” to return to the club, Politis has made his, and the club’s feelings, very clear.

“Sam Walker has been fantastic for us. He is inspirational,” Politis told News Corp ahead of Sydney’s showdown with the Broncos on Friday night.
“Whether Brisbane try to get him back … they should never have lost him, but why would he want to leave the Roosters?
