The NRL announced on Thursday it had issued a breach notice against Elliott for bringing the game into disrepute and failing to comply with biosecurity protocols, fining him $10,000.
The 26-year-old has already been stood down for the Bulldogs’ final two games of the season and now has five days to respond to the breach notice.
