Former Canterbury player James Graham has questioned the Bulldogs’ decision to accept loan players from Canberra for the remaining month of the NRL season.
The Raiders last week agreed to let the Dogs borrow middle forwards Corey Horsburgh and Ryan James to help them field a team over the remaining weeks.
It came after the Bulldogs lost front row enforcers Luke Thompson, Dylan Napa, and Jack Hetherington to suspensions. They will be back in Round 23, 25, and 24 respectively.

Raymond Faitala-Mariner, Ofahiki Ogden, and Chris Smith are also in the casualty ward with injuries.
Horsburgh and James both played as the Bulldogs lost to the Warriors on Sunday.
