Novak Djokovic’s uncle hints for how many more years Serb may play

Novak Djokovic’s uncle Goran has hinted that the 21-time Grand Slam champion may play for five to six more years. Djokovic, 35, has missed two Grand Slams this season – the Australian Open and US Open. Djokovic went through probably the most challenging period of his life earlier this year, when he put in detention and ultimately deported from Australia.

“The ordeal he went through this year in Australia only extended his career. Instead of maybe retiring from tennis in three or four years, his career has been extended for five, or six years. He is resting his body,” Goran Djokovic told The Pavlovic Today.
