‘No qualifications’ needed to ask ‘R U OK?’

R U OK? Day Community Ambassador Seryn Adams says there are “no qualifications needed” to “ask the question”.

“You don’t need to be an expert or mental health professional to ask if you are ok,” she told Sky News Australia.

“You don’t have to be the one who has the answers, but you can support them.

“Make that phone call with them or make the appointment with the GP and actually support them to go. It’s those really practical steps.”
