Bulldogs star Jackson Topine has signed an extension to his current deal at Belmore, ending weeks of speculation.
He confirmed his contract extension after putting in a superb performance for the Dogs in their dramatic 28-26 win over Newtown in the NSW Cup preliminary final, running for 146m and making 27 tackles.
The backrower has impressed in limited first grade action this year, having been called up to the NRL in Round 20, and will hope for more action in 2023.
The fan favourite also won their NSW Cup Player of the Year award on top of picking up the SG Ball gong in 2019 and the Clubman of the Year award.
