Defending champion Jon Rahm pulled into a tie with clubhouse leader Patrick Cantlay at the US PGA Tour Memorial tournament on a day when Brooks Koepka’s ongoing feud with Bryson DeChambeau once again grabbed the headlines.
Koepka is not playing at the event, but his name is being shouted outside of the ropes all the same as a taunt to DeChambeau, who he has made no secret of disliking.
The feeling is mutual, with footage emerging last month of an agitated DeChambeau calling out a fan who called him ‘Brooksie’ at the PGA Championship.
