Brooks Koepka says his feud with Bryson DeChambeau, which exploded at the PGA, is good for golf

Bryson DeChambeau was just being “very, very loud” behind Brooks Koepka in the moment the ongoing feud between the duelling US Open champions went viral.

And Koepka, a four-time major champion, declared the clear tension between the two US stars was “good for the game”.

Koepka has little time for big-hitting DeChambeau, who made his major breakthrough last year, and that disdain was clear in a leaked video from last month’s PGA Championship.

Recording a post-round TV interview, Koepka, who finished runner-up behind Phil Mickelson at Kiawah Island, was interrupted by DeChambeau walking behind them talking and had to stop the interview, cursing out his fellow US Open winner.

It was the continuation of a long-running feud between the pair that erupted in January 2019 when Koepka called out DeChambeau for slow play during the Dubai Desert Classic.
