‘No idea what their best team looks like’: Sliding Bulldogs’ Achilles heel ruthlessly exposed

The Western Bulldogs’ ruck situation has been questioned after Friday night’s two-point loss to Port Adelaide has the club at risk of dropping out of the top four.

The Bulldogs conceded the last three goals of the match to slide to their third-straight loss as the Power snatched victory at Marvel Stadium and cemented a top two spot on the ladder.

Luke Beveridge’s team was well beaten in hitouts (-33) and clearances (-7) as Scott Lycett had his way with makeshift ruckman Lewis Young while Tim English was swung forward to help cover the loss of Josh Bruce.
