Outgoing Hawthorn coach Alastair Clarkson says he remains undecided on his future, but currently intends to “have a spell” from football in 2022.
The four-time premiership boss will on Saturday coach his final game for Hawthorn against Richmond before handing over the reins to Sam Mitchell under a controversial fast-tracked succession plan.
Recent reports stated that at least 10 AFL clubs have signalled interest in Clarkson including mentoring roles and as director of football. The super coach has been linked to the vacant Collingwood job and even potential openings at Carton and the Gold Coast Suns
