Toyota HiLux owners were invited to enter their cars in the motorcade, resulting in a far more colourful and interesting parade.
The 2023 AFL Grand Final Parade took on a more historic feel this week, with a number of classic Toyota HiLux models taking part in the motorcade.
Led by an orange 1981 Toyota HiLux single-cab, the parade featured both classic and modern HiLux utes as it made its way from Melbourne Park Tennis Center, past thousands of fans, to the MCG.
Organisers invited Toyota HiLux owners to enter their own vehicles to take part, rewarding drivers not only with a place in the parade, but a ticket to the 2023 AFL Grand Final.
