West Coast will meet with Perth running machine Baxter Philip this week after his draft combine blitz on Sunday as they look to add more speed to their ageing list.
The super-fast Demons midfielder has showcased his all-round athleticism in the WA combine, finishing in the top two for all six categories.
Philip, 18, won the standing vertical jump (76cm), the right running jump (95cm) and came runner-up in the left running jump (85cm), 2km time trial (6:41), 20m sprint (2.911 seconds) and agility (7.871) tests.
The West Australian understands the Eagles will interview the 181cm young gun as they assess their draft options.
