22under22 40-man squad, best AFL players under 22 years old, nominees, team by team, how to vote

Melbourne’s 2021 season looks like it will be more than just a flash in the pan, if this year’s 40-man AFLPA 22under22 squad is anything to go by.

The Demons boast a competition equal-high five nominations – not bad for a team sitting on top of the ladder with two rounds to go as one of the premiership favourites.

Young guns Luke Jackson, Kysaiah Pickett, Harrison Petty, Trent Rivers and James Jordon are all in line to be named in the final 22under22 team, in what has been quite a turnaround from last year when Melbourne were one of just two teams that failed to be represented.
