Dyson Daniels snapped up in 2022 NBA draft by New Orleans Pelicans as the Australian completes journey from Bendigo to the big league

Bendigo’s Dyson Daniels has been taken by the New Orleans Pelicans with the eighth overall pick in the 2022 NBA draft.

The NBA-ready defender and playmaker was made to wait after being tipped to go as high as No.6 in a high-quality field up for selection in Brooklyn on Friday (AEST).
