One of the four men alleged to have kidnapped cricketing great Stuart MacGill from outside his Sydney north shore home has been granted bail.
Son Minh Nguyen, 42, spent three months in custody before he was on Thursday bailed in the NSW Supreme Court.
He has been charged with knowingly directing a criminal group and take/detain in company with intent to get advantage.
It’s been alleged that MacGill was forced into a vehicle near his home at Cremorne on April 14.
He was allegedly taken to a Bringelly property in Sydney’s southwest where he was assaulted, threatened with a gun and demands were made for money.
