Perhaps unsurprisingly, James Anderson says Virat Kohli was at the centre of intimidation tactics that led to a heated confrontation between England and India in the Lord’s Long Room during the second Test.
In his column for the UK Telegraph, Anderson wrote that he was angered by a sustained period of short-pitched bowling directed at him by Jasprit Bumrah on Saturday.
During the over, India’s general Kohli — who was pleased with his star bowler’s work — came over to the England legend and said: “You can’t be enjoying this can you?”.
