North Melbourne will gauge Alastair Clarkson’s interest in the club’s now-vacant coaching role – but the dual premiership Kangaroo David King holds one “reservation” about approaching the coaching legend.
The Kangaroos will this week begin their hunt for a fourth full-time senior coach after parting ways with David Noble, who led the club to just five wins from 38 games.
The Age reported the Kangaroos would “sound out” four-time premiership mastermind Clarkson – the biggest coaching free agent on the market – who’s indicated he’s keen to return to the landscape and has already met with the Giants, who are also seeking a new coach.
